And it isn't available online, as far as I could find.

Additional owed: $170.61
TOTAL $1,522.94

Assuming the additional owed is the 2023 increase that makes 170.61/ 1352.33. = 12.6% increase.

In the latest Pinon Pt newsletter, the board president indicated labor costs as a major factor, and a double digit MF increase.

Hyatt Highland Inn. Because I prepaid the mf, I did not get an itemized bill - at least I don't think so. However, I did get a notice that I owed $287, which makes a 14.2% increase year to year. So total this year $2308. I believe I purchased in 2019 and mf was about $1650. About a 40% increase in four years! Don't think I'll be keeping HIghland Inn. Great place but really?

How do these differ from Hyatt Vacation Club that used to be Welk. You folks are listing specific resorts. For us it was 18% across the board whether is is Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk or Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar. Here is their blurb too about why the increase... Would the increase not be the same for all resorts?

HRC Legacy owners have a deed at a specific resort, where it is up the each resort's board to set the MFs.

HPP Portfolio owners own from a trust and they do not own a specific resort. They are basically part of HRC.

HRC and HVC/Welk are separate subformums, but this topic is a sticky so it is confusing since it is in neither forum. The HRC Legacy owners normally post MFs when the become available.

When I log in to HVC to pay the 2023 maintenance fee, it says the fee is $1653.66 for HyattPinon Point

I purchased after the 2023 MFs had been paid by the prior owners.
