Anyone have a good rental agreement they use that you don't mind sharing? I don't typically use one and havent had any issues thus far- but I have a renter that is requesting one for their own piece of mind- so that I would try to find a good one to provide for the rental.

Would you mind sharing? I used RedWeek services to rent my two week on HHI this year.(because of a wedding) I found it was easy, but in case I would like to rent them on RedWeek and have my own contract, I would like to have a contract that I can use. Thanks in advance.
