I'm sorry I'm a newbie. Do I understand correctly that you are giving away a "smaller 1BR" timeshare at the Sheraton Desert Oasis? Are these the costs?

Annual Fees: $811.49
First Use year: 2021
Transfer Fee: Paid by Purchaser
Title Transfer Cost: Paid by Purchaser. I use LT Transfer. Normal fees are around $225.

In 2021, that was the MF for the premium.

I do have a smaller 1BR available 2022. The MF is now $739.50.
 
Is this still available? And if so, do you think it will be able to trade for a DVC 1 bedroom? If it can, would the cost be $739.50 + II Exchange Fee + Disney Fee? Am I missing any other annual fees in my math?
