Formerly: Marriott, ILX, Westin, Diamond, Worldmark. Timeshare free as of 12/24.
Netflix sent a warning about movies that would be gone after June 30, so we watched The Judge last night. Good movie, great cast, family/courtroom drama. I’d recommend it.

We just finished 'A man in Full" on Netflix. It stars Jeff Daniels as real estate developer deep in debt.. My wife and I both enjoyed this series. Its only 6 episodes.

Life on Mars UK
Spooks UK
Alex Rider
Blindspot (early seasons)
Burn Notice
White Collar
Castle
Counterpart
Dark Matter (the spaceship one)
Death in Paradise
Murdoch Mysteries
Ducktales (2017)
Good Omens (first season)
Primeveal
Original Prime Suspect
Reacher
Rick and Morty
Stan Lee's Lucky Man
Sherlock
The Capture
Star Trek Strange New Worlds (and pretty much all Star Trek pre 2009)
The Irrational
Tracker
The Legend of Vox Machina
Arcane
The Librarians
The Night Agent
The Old Man
The Terminal List
Torchwood

Anime:
Cowboy Bebop
Trigun (original)
Slayers (all series)
Konosuba
Frieren

Work from home, and not a lot of travel pre 2022 when I got into timeshares means I can consume a lot of media. If you really want to sit around I can talk about older TV and books, Youtube Channels and podcasts for hours too.

Hey, I hear ya! When we sit round we love to watch Prime & Netflix.....love the British Detective stuff and all that.
Bosch was fantastic, and we have many other favorites.
For me personally, when my wife goes to bed, I stay up and watch Westerns, and could watch them all night if I wasn't still working.
This past week I've watched Fistful of Dollars and For a Few Dollars More
for about the tenth time.......of course my all-time favorite is The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly., but it's a 4-hour movie.
Also adore Once Upon a Time in the West!!!! The spaghetti westerns are amazing.

Quick question: is the Bosch series a single case per season, or is it one case per episode?

Kurt
Bosch is working one case, there are some cases with other detectives but focus on the one

Not sure it is the BEST, but began watching Downton Abbey for the 1st time. Excellent dialogue writing, truly excellent. Maggie Smith and the cook are hilarious, and the drama is good too. Otoh, I'm at the end of season 2 and the plot lines have already jumped the shark. The only thing that hasn't happened is somebody trying to assassinate the prime minister of some country. Melodrama for the masses eventually takes over all these types of shows.

Idk how many seasons it lasted, but I doubt I'll make it to end of S3 if it keeps spiraling out of control like this. Such a shame they have to play the "Up The Ante Til You Jump The Shark" game, b/c most of the writing is excellent.

We're now enjoying season 1 of The Brokenwood Mysteries on Prime.......
Takes place in the fictitious New Zealand town of Brokenwood in the North Island.
Really a good one!!!
There are 10 seasons, so we've hit a gold mine, and will be happily occupied for a good while.
There's one plot per episode, and each episode is between 60 & 90 minutes, so that's perfect.
It has a very likable and talented cast of actors, the murder mysteries' plots are intriguing, and there are occasional bits of humor
which make for some subtle yet hilarious moments.
Happy again to find something that has a bit of everything, and something that's more than a 6-episode, one-season series!

A new season of Emily in Paris is on Netflix now. I like this for the sets and costumes. The story line is pretty fluffy, but sometimes “junk food” really hits the spot.

New Season of Only Murders In The Building on Hulu August 27

New Season of Slow Horses starts September 4 on Apple TV. I am really looking forward to this one!
