[2010] International Timeshare Network a scam?

Ok, I was scammed too, by Royal Vacation Resort (12 weeks: $2400), now "out of business", but now International Timeshare Services wants to "help me recover what they had offered" buuuut I have to give them 6 weeks ($1200) to be registered with them. REALLY???
Is there anything I can do to get my money back? The sales person of Royal is now working with ITS (I looked it up in https://csapp.800helpfla.com/cspublicapp/businesssearch/BusinessSearch.aspx )
Shouldn't these people have their license removed???

What licenses? Scammers are not licensed. I'm going to guess there is no way you are going to get any money back from the scammers. That's the way they work. And as for the new ones, since you have a record of paying upfront and being scammed, they just want their share too.

So here's what you do. PAY NO MONEY UP FRONT!!! Offer them double whatever they want- to be paid from proceeds they retrieve for you. I suspect you'll never hear from them again.

Sorry for the reality check.

Jim

they ARE licensed

Yes they are,
if you go to: http://www.800helpfla.com/
then click: Business/Complaint Lookup
you can see they have:
TC3359 is Royal Vacation - out of business
TC4091 is International Timeshare
TP28813 is seller from Royal: Carlos Suarez (now working with TC4091)
and TP25397 is new seller: J. Lopez

so, is there anything I can do?
