[2008] PCS (Precision Closing Services) Anyone used them?

I had a referral to check out Tammac financial for some financing, and they recommended PCS out of Orlando.

Their prices seem reasonable, but I was curious to know if anyone's worked with them in the past, and if so, did they have a good / bad experience?

If this is PCS Title, I use them all the time. I probably do about 10 or so transactions with them every month. Dave H. is a Tug member who answers a lot of questions on this board. He's great, customer service oriented and fixes problems really quickly.

I wouldn't hesitate to use PCS Title at all. They provide great documentation and quick service. Everything they do is by the book. They are actually a true Title company as opposed to just a closing company.

Just as an update. These guys really were great, and handled the ROFR, financing, and EVERYTHING.
