There is a workout room there too, but the Owner's Lounge is the area where owners can hang-out and freshen up after checking out and while waiting for a late flight.
Ground floor is going to be the noisiest because you'll have people walking by. However, there is plenty of landscaping between the walkways and lanais and some people may really like the convenience of being so close to the pools, esp if you have napping children.
I'd recommend the units facing the koi or river pools in Bldgs 5, 6 and 7 unless you have young kids. If you want to be convenient to the parking lot, go with the north side of building 6. Otherwise, hauling groceries can be a real pain.
