DD recently got (2) 2 yo. rag doll cats. They are medium to large cats. The litter she was using worked fine at first but now not so much.

She's looked at other litters and fancy litter boxes.

Anyone with suggestions?

Thank you.

When you say the litter isn't working, is it because the cats won't use the litter box or it isn't absorbent enough?

We have 2 ragdolls. We switched several years ago to a brand called Pretty Litter (a monthly subscription that get shipped to your home, but I noticed recently that Wal-Mart started carrying it). We need 2 bags at a time (swap out every month) for 2 cats sharing a large litter box). It is significantly lighter than traditional clumping litter. Turns different colors as a warning if cat's alkalinity/acidity is off. Seems to mask odors well; seems to be less dusty as well. Only downside is it aint cheap. https://www.prettylitter.com/
