Maintenance fees are paid monthly and will be the obligation of the new owner upon transfer.
All 2019 points are available for use upon transfer.

I’m so sorry I didn’t get back with you sooner, I missed the notice you had asked. Monthly maintenance fees are as listed, $49.35 for Governors Green and $77.62 for Fairfield Plantation. They are both still available if you are still interested.
