We were at Desert Blue last week, and didn't try to protest the "owner update" guy too much.
When we went to our "owner update", surprisingly we were brought into an office even though there were other folks in cubicles with their 'targets'.
Our update guy asked us some generic questions about our stay/check in/etc., and then went on to the T+L being the new owners and some 'missed phone call' about our new membership with Club Wyndham through T+L.
Then he said something about how we weren't using our ownership properly based on our 'reservation habits'. I guess that meant that we were not reserving our stays at 13 or 10 months out, but, we were actually reserving them just a few months before our required use. He mentioned that if we were happy how we're using our ownership, that's fine. Then he went off to check something, and when he came back, he sent us off to gifting.
Fifteen minutes. We looked at each other, and then scurried off to the gifting desk.
... and enjoyed the Bacchanal Buffet just a little bit more ...
