Is there a list now of which Marriott Club resorts can be booked at 13 months out?

All MVC resorts have the ability to be booked a 13 months out both with points or weeks subject to other requirements and availability.

Think of weeks and points like they are different timeshare systems which they are with a potential crossover option for those who either own points or are enrolled. On the weeks side it only requires one be reserving concurrent or consecutive weeks though not the 2 sides of a single owned week as the only reservations. For consecutive weeks, it's 13 months from the first check in day of the week in question which is either Thursday or Friday for most resorts though can be a set heck in day for older resorts. On the points side anyone can reserve 7 nights or above at 13 months but Owner level (less than 4K points) pays a premium. Select can reserve 7 or more nights at 13 months and 1 or more at 10 months. Executive, Presidential and Chairman's Club can reserve 1 or more nights at 13 months out. Of course all is subject to availability and we've seen some resorts require 7 night reservations at times.
