I called Worldmark since I needed to update my credit card information and the website would not let me do it online. When I called, they told me that I owed them $125, which is weird cuz I do autopay. After 20 minutes of them looking at my account, they said that was carried over from June 2023 when I got my account. Cuz the autopay was not set up then, and I called to pay my first monthly due (website was again not working at that time). The lady at that time said she would waive the $10 service charge and I paid my due, and every month since then. Well, I just found out that $10 was not waived and since then, along with interests and late fee, had increased to $125. They will not update my credit card until I pay that. Is there anyone more helpful in Worldmark that I can call and talk to, rather than paying this ridiculous amount???
