Of course as a points system you are not locked into these weeks and can book other times and resorts.

Mortgages are paid in full and maintenance fees are up-to-date. The annual renewal date is 2/1/2015 and the fees are $972 for both together. I will pay all closing/transfer costs.

If they are available, please contact Bluegreen....we spoke to them at one point about the points available for sale on ebay and other websites. It was explained that the points sold in a private sale will not have the same flexibility and benefits as those sold via Bluegreen. They become straight timeshare type points. Check with Bluegreen first to be sure you're getting the right type of points.

This is doing a dis service to the original poster even though the thread is very old.

All BG points spend the same, retail and re-sale. There are some little nuances like they don't count toward premier level but they spend the same and can be used 11 months out.

Do not believe everything BG tells you when you call, some peeps there are misinformed and I believe some outright lie.
