What does 1 in 4 mean? I saw one for resale but I saw that it is a 1 in 4? Do you have the ability to go to other resorts for the other 3 years with the same trading power? It doesn't seem like it is widely publized when the resorts are like this. Any information on this would be really helpful.

It is an RCI designation. I means you can only TRADE INTO the resort only once every four years. As an owner, however, you can use your week at your resort every year if you choose to.
