Looking to transfer Week 6 (February) at Woodstone at Massanutten Resort in VA. The maintenance fee last year was $425.50. It is due each January.
My husband and I bought it within our first year of marriage in 2008, and we have been too busy raising 5 children to ever use it. My husband is also a CPA and cannot take off work in Feb (the week we own).
As far as I know, you can exchange the week through RCI to another location. I am not sure how many points this would require. I called RCI, and to do this, you will need to register a new account in your name if you do not already have one.
I have contacted a deed transfer attorney recommended by the resort who specifically handles deed transfers with timeshares at Massanutten. (Clark and Bradshaw) All they would need is your information. We both sign, and a copy is sent to Massanutten. I will pay for the attorney fees and deed transfer fee.
Please send a message if interested!
