$1,000,000 Lakeview

$1,000,000 lakeview, fixer upper. $45,000.

I believe that is a $45000 lakeview.

Or, since it's a "fixer-upper," it could be a home that was once worth $1,000,000 before lake Tannycomo got a little carried away and became a resident in more than a couple of homes along it's banks for a week or two.

There is a lakefront home directly across the lake that we had a contract to buy their dock, except that there was a little boyfriend-girlfriend disagreement on it. They got that straightened out and the next thing the whole place was for sale for over $1M.

We boated over there this week and the dock is fastened to the deck of the house!!!!

When the lake was at 933, it had to be in the lower level of the house.

I believe all houses with a clear lakeview have a Million $ view according to the realtors.

Ours certainly did but we got a great discount.
