    We are giving away our 2 bedroom/ 2 bath lock-off timeshare, week 21 which is a red week. Sleeps 6 and can be used as a 1 bedroom and studio for an extra week every year. Maintenance fees are $520/bi-yearly. Buyer and Seller to split closing fees.
