We have contacted the Resort about deeding back this unit, as we no longer see a need to keep it. The process will start January 20th. We are looking for someone who would like to have it. You may either trade it or to go to the Cape in early Spring. We are willing to pay the $500 transfer fees and already have paid the 2020 MF. This year, Week 13 is March 27 - April 3. Usage goes to the new owner.

We've never seen the unit, but we understand it is one of the four nicest two-bedroom units. It is all on one level. It has been a great trader for us thru II and TPI. We paid $861.71 MF this year. We will answer questions, just ask. Keep in mind we don't do RCI so we can't answer any RCI related questions.

We stayed at Cape Winds about 5 years ago. The configuration of the unit was upside down, bedroom was on first floor kitchen up stairs ( spiral ) and living room upstairs. And bathrooms on both levels.
A one level will be a better fit for anyone who may have trouble with stairs.
I think I spoke with you about the timeshare ?
Good Luck with the sale or Deedback. Let me know how it goes. We no longer have a timeshare on the cape.

Our unit is all on one level. It's one of four like that. The upside down ones (good description), make me cringe.

Thanks, silentg.

Guess we'll be taking the deed back route.

Paper work is ready. We will pay transfer fees if anyone would like this unit.
