Festive Adventure Club in March 2023 sent a letter to collect a special assessment due to a shortage in budget and property issues. Started at $230. Got a collection notice and now went up to $320 in 5 months. What recourse do I have. Any suggestions.

Does anyone know details about the special assessment at the Bay and Beach Club in Indian Shores? I understand it is $572 for 2017. Is it for multiple years? What renovations are planned?
