    Festiva Atlantic Beach II

    Has anyone received any news about when they will reopen? Last I heard was November but have not received any updates. I just looked at my online profile to pay the 2020 fees and there is a special assessment fee. I never received anything about this. Can anyone shed some light?

    Re Atlantic Beach NC Hello fellow TUG members, does anyone own at Atlantic Beach North Carolina. How much damage was done to your resort? Any advice in pursuing ownership at this part of North Carolina? Pros and cons? Thank you
