Has anyone received any news about when they will reopen? Last I heard was November but have not received any updates.

I just looked at my online profile to pay the 2020 fees and there is a special assessment fee. I never received anything about this. Can anyone shed some light?

Is this the same Festiva Atlantic Beach II, in NC that was in trouble the last few years?

Quite a few years back, but yes. Florence wrecked the place but they're rebuilding. Just spoke to owner services and it looks like they'll be reopening in the Spring.

Thanks for your reply, I feel owners now will be happy again, knowing they can once again enjoy their timeshare resorts and their vacations time with family and friends.
