WorldMark dues + VIP by WorldMark dues: $93/month

Use Year: Jan 1 - Dec 31

We will play closing/transfer costs and maintenance fees through transfer being completed.

RCI Exchange available as well.
 
I assume these are Worldmark Credits not Wyndham Points. With Worldmark Status does not transfer upon resell.

The maintenance fees do not seem correct...I pay $113 per month for 5k credits
 
Worldmark VIP does not transfer upon resell. Upon resell Worldmark Credits become plain vanilla WM Credits. So to use RCI you have to pay out of your pocket to have an RCI Account. Then this RCI Account is a Weeks Account and not a Credit/Points Account like through VIP. The $93 per Month is the special VIP Dues above and beyond Maintenance Fees. In that you lose VIP upon resell this will crop off.
 
Anybody else smell something here? Guest with his first posts on this thread who doesn't know much about what he claims to be selling.

Actually many Worldmark Owners that purchase from the Developer (Wyndumb) do not really understand how to most beneficially use their Accounts and almost all do not understand what happens upon resell.
