Has anyone had any experience with "Earl"? I tried contacting him to get pricing information on a weekly rental and the mail bounced back to me as undeliverable.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know, I just tried again and it bounced back. I am going to call him this week on my days off. He may not even know that there is a problem.

Somehow, my e-mail that was returned to me got through to them. For those interested, here was his response:

Thanks for your email request to rent a villa in August in the Royal Mayan, Caribbean, Islander or Sands resorts in Cancun. Sorry but I only deal with weeks between Christmas to Easter or weeks 51 thru 16 at the Royal resorts in Cancun. If you ever decide to go one of those weeks, I would be happy to help you. Please note, I do at times exchange someone’s week during that period for a week outside that period. Here is some background on our services. We buy, sell, exchange and rent villas only at the Royal resorts in Cancun. We have a variety of weeks and locations available all the time. We receive numerous phone calls and emails everyday. We have been going to Cancun for a minimum of 4 weeks each year since the late 80's. During this time we have developed a network of over 7,000 owners that we buy, sell, rent and exchange villas for. We rent over 350 villas between Christmas & Easter. This is a full time business incorporated in Pennsylvania. Here is our information for you to print out, save and pass onto a fellow friend/owner. Just in case you or someone you know is interested in buying, I have weeks 5 & 6 villa N-5240 and 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 in the same villa #E-5415 at the Royal Sands resort. Rentals by Earl

I have sold beach front villa weeks 52 at the Royal Sands and Royal Haciendas to Earl and never had a problem with him. My experience was very good.
