Is this a fixed or floating week?
RTU expires when? Also, when is next renovation fee due? This sounds like a great deal until you start looking at RTU, 5 yr renovation, transfer fee. Someone will snap it up.

contract is for 25 years with 3 renewals possible for 2 1/5 times current maintenance; renovation fee is 1/2 current maint every 5 years; in addition after 5th use year the maint fee is only due if unit is used (the contract started in 2006)
