how r the timeshares there the newstead looks nice any other ones i should look into

This is not a timeshare but is sold as a fractional ownership for 1/6th fee simple deeded property. It looks very nice but is not affiliated with RCI or II so no trading into or from this resort as is with timeshare.
Are you inquiring regarding a purchase? If you are looking to trade into Bermuda there are only two timeshares currently in Bermuda and trade through RCI.
The St. George Club which is supposed to be nice and another timeshare in Hamilton with very poor ratings but I'm not sure of the name but it could be the Hamiltonian or something like that.
