No more owners updates @ Palmaire

I'm going there in 2 weeks i spoke to someone at the concierge desk and they said that owner updates are now being held at ocean vista any other resorts doing this?

Ocean Vista? Did they rename Royal Vista to Ocean Vista?

Actually, Palm Aires, Sea Gardens and Royal Vista are all Wyndham resorts. They are probably just consolidating the process.

Yes they consolidated several months ago.They are @ Royal Vista.

They now have about three times as many people jammed into the 9th floor sales center at Royal Vista - it is a real zoo. It is very hard to hold a conversation in a very noisy room. They also laid off at least half of the sales people, so those that are left are their bigger producers. We also heard that they were only doing updates with current owners and not guests, because that was their most lucrative source of sales. Just a couple more reasons not to do any more updates.

What about the Wyn Santa Barbara? Any updates being done there? Didn't see it mentioned.
