Gettiing married on the beach this morning at WKORVN (pix added)

We're all set for 9am out in front of building 8 on the beach. It's been a wonderful trip with great weather. A bit windy the last two nights but i'm holding out hope our Old Lahaina Luau is peaceful tonight.

It's been amazing for our large group to all get to share this.

Fiance & I did the owners update yesterday, wasn't too painfull. .. However wasn't sure if the offer upgrade price wasn't such a bad deal.

We own EOY island villa and were told for $11K we could upgrade to OF . . .figured for that we could almost get another week though. The money guy only stuck around 2 min once we said not interested right now. That was nice, the sales gal talked too much and was a bit rude in the beginning. Worth the free kids club for a couple hours for 2 six year olds (they got lunch too) usualy $50 per child for half day. Also got 4500 points.

Congratulations!

My wife and I got married on Maui and that made it more special. We also celebrated our tenth anniversary on Maui (something you can start planning for now!). So when we visit Maui every year it has become a magical place for us.

(I also took 3 other wives to Maui - so maybe its a little more special for me than for my wife; BUT DON'T TELL HER!!!)

If it really is ocean FRONT, I think that's a pretty darn good deal! No way can you buy another week for $11K.
 
Congratulations! I love weddings--each one is special and unique--but I especially like weddings on a beach. You should post a wedding picture when you get them.:)

Congratulations! DH & I stood up with friends who were married at Ka'anapali Beach many years ago. They are still happily married! Best wishes to you.
 
Congratulations! We watched your wedding from our lanai and you looked beautiful. I guess barefoot was better, right? You and your husband make a nice couple. May you have a wonderful life together. My wife and I will have been married 25 years in November.

I haven't seen your group up close or I would have said hi. We're on the 5th floor right above the outrigger canoe in front of building 8.

Congratulations! My husband and I were married on Valentines Day, 28 years ago, in Lake Tahoe. Two years ago, we renewed our vows, along with our best friends, in your exact spot, on Maui! We were there with all our grown kids. It was very special. There were 13 of us, in all, and had brunch, after the ceremony, at The Castaway Cafe!

We could not see the ceremony from our room (building 5) but did see you walking down the path to WKORV. Your group looked like it was having a lot of fun.
Hope you both have many Hawaiian anniversaries.
