I may not be citing this correctly, but I remember the claims had to be in last May, and we were to get a minimum of 25 dollars, or more depending on how many trips we made outside the US.
Has anyone seen a check??

The deadline was May 30, 2008. I haven't received anything yet.

I vaguely remember getting something, but I recall I submitting the form either in 2007 or early 2008. Sorry I couldn't be of much more help

Funny this topic should come up. I was just looking through our credit card folder and came across our application. I was wondering the same thing.

I also applied for it and totally forgot. If I rec'd anything it probably got tossed away with junk mail or maybe figured it was a scam if I would cash a check. Jan

Operator

Probably had a heart attack when the lawyers fees were disclosed!

I didn't bother making a claim for settlement even though we had foreign transactions on our credit cards.

Just got a $56 check in the mail for this today. Can't remember what we filed. Not bad.

Nothing yet, but money is money. Now if the RCI settlement was in the form of cash, combining the 2 might be a dinner out!

Where? At McDonalds?

How many days out of the country did you claim that you got such large checks? I got a total of $3 and had over 100 days out of the country during the time period.

I pulled up all my old credit cards and did a tally and decided it wasn't worth it for the return. At least now I have a special folder for all international travel, for what it's worth.

Update on settlement

I posted the original query back in January. I checked the website...
cffsettlement.com
...and there was to be a hearing on Aug 6th.

So there is still a chance that we will see a few pennies out of this after all.

I charged my whole developer TS purchase on a credit card in 2001, so I'm still hoping that this comes thru.

Settlement payments

How is it that people are saying they are getting payments when the most recent settlement information indicates payments will not proceed as indicated in red in second paragraph?
