Does anyone here know any of the candidates for the Barony Beach board of directors?

  • Henry Felker
  • Keven Prather
  • Richard Rowe
  • Edward Schotthand
  • Francis (Buddy) Watson

I don't know who to vote for as their bios in the proxy I received yesterday are sort of generic.

Does anyone here know any of the candidates for the Barony Beach board of directors?

Charles,

By any chance do you still have all your materials for the proxy voting?

When I received mine, I threw away the return envelope. I assumed (incorrectly) that voting could be done on-line like I was able to do for ShadowRidge which I did last week.

If you do have the envelope, can you please give me the address. Thanks.

Think I'm going to contact the BOD to ask why they haven't set it up to be able to vote on-line.:(

I'm not Charles, but this is the address:

Proxy Services Corporation
P.O. Box 9001
Brentwood, NY 11717-9805

Charles, I don't know any of the candidates either, so I picked two that have a sort of familiarity to me - the guy who owns at both the same resorts that we do and the guy with the executive experience at a Boston hospital (trying not to name names here but still giving it away!)

Does it ever happen that members of the BOD happen to be sitting beside you at the pool and strike up a conversation, just like the regular folk? Now that would be interesting.

At OP, one of our board members is there for about 10 weeks in the winter. She actually held weekly meetings last year to discuss, and get owners' input on, the upcoming 10-year refurbishment.
