Yes, I sent a message to seller to make sure it was gold season, but seller said it was week 35 or 36, silver season. I think price went up high because bidders think it is gold season.

What a shame. The final price was $16,100. Not bad for a Silver Week.

I wonder how long before its reposted after the buyer find out its a silver season unit.

Yeah -- seller told me it was a week 36 and didn't correct the auction after I correct him/her. Clearly, he or she is intending to be misleading.

I'm really surprised it did not get higher than $16K, because I would think someone who mistakenly thought it was really week 32 would have offered more.

I think it will be re-listed soon. I have seen many timeshares on ebay are re-listed after being sold. When buyers find out the wrong information, they don't pay. Then sellers correct the information and list it again.
Couple months ago, there was an auction on bay, 1BR premium unit, gold season, annual usage in Harborside. The most fancy thing was $399 total closing cost. (seller, redweek4less, didn't charge resort transfer fee of $1,600)
The auction was over for around $7500. It was a great deal for buyer.

Funny, I talked to them about that unit and the closing cost. The seller was going to be paying the difference. I wanted a larger unit, so didn't pursue it further.
