1st, does the landlord own the week/unit or are they renting you an exchange?
Then depending upon the resort/management company the time of day, and location, it can take a few minutes to several days.

Could also depend on the source of the Unit. Wyndham for instance could be emailed immediately with a paper copy follow up at about 7 - 10 days.

It depends on the what is being rented, either a unit owned by someone or points owned by someone in a system, that allows rentals.

Which resort are you talking about.

I hope i am not jumping the gun but this is my first time renting and i am kinda of nervous. I rented a week today from a tugger and I payed up front through paypal. The confirmation # he gave me is not the check in date that i paid for
So what do i do
