Makai Club & ROFR

I just purchased a week at the Makai Club on ebay. Does anyone know if Pahio tries to pull ROFR here? I just want to know what to be prepared for. Any other thoughts on Makai Club in general?

As far as I know, there is NO "ROFR" at the Makai Club. (Pahio, now Wyndham, never sold the Makai properties, just managed them.)

There is an ongoing "upgrading/refurbishment" of the units (so I have been told), but it is being done "SLOWLY" !!!

The resort is in a great location, and all of the workers are very friendly. I hope you enjoy yourself there.

Right of First Refusal

Resorts which exercise this right will look at any resale sales contracts, and if they are below a certain price, they will buy it themselves from the owner at that lower price. Owner gets the price he agreed to sell it the buyer for, but buyer doesn't get to buy it because the resort takes it.

I see. Thanks for making that clear. You can tell I'm a newbie at this game. Though I may sound silly for asking questions, it's the only way I'll end up learning anything.
