The Royal Haciendas Playa del Carmen

Anyone know if it is difficult to get an exhange to the Royal Haciendas using a Royal Islander through II for Jan 09.

I am using an exchange week now for request to Sea Acquarium this Sept(already have one confirmed week there) and am afraid if I add the Royal H to this request it will come in ahead of the Sea A. If I use a different week for Royal H in Jan 09 and it comes thru and the Sea Acq does not, then I will have an expiring 09 week out there and the expiring 2010 wk for Royal H will be gone. So I am just sitting on the Sea Acq request for now but don't want to wait too long and miss out on Royal H.

Any suggestions?

This is confusing, but you should be able to specify to II to use the earlier-expiring weeks for the earlier requests. I suggest talking to an II person. Another idea is to do the Islander-Haciendas exchange internally instead of with II.
