I am in Puerto Vallarta and have received a message on my phone that I owe 900+ dollars for January. So my brother calls the, weeks ago, to try to get it straughtened out. He talked to someone on a Friday who promised to get back to him on a Monday. No response despite many calls over many weeks and now I owe another 400 dollars for this month. Does anyone hava a phone number where we can get a response from them?

800-922-0204 or *611 on your Verizon phone

OMG!! Where they charging you for being out of the country? What about when you called me? I'm also on Verizon so those should be free. shaggy

When you're out of the country, the normal rules don't apply. It's always best to call VZ Wireless before you leave. My daughter is going to the Bahamas in a week so she called to check. We get 1400 minutes a month, but calls will be $1.29 a minute (even in-network) and text messages are $.15 or $.20 (I think). We have an unlimited texting plan but there is still a charge when out of the country.
