For sure, just go into your dues portal and pay $50 , you can also call and make the prepayment.

You have to speak with the HOA department to prepay. Most CSRs can’t do it and don’t know it’s possible.

It has been done via CSR but it just depends on the CSR. I do another trick to pay though and don't call.

I know many of us in this discussion have both the Amex Hilton cards and the Platinum so wanted to share this. Not great updates for the Platy and had saw the other day that new card members don't get the Lululemon credit.

My wife and son have the additional paid card not the free companion card so this is annoying. Not only are they cutting additional card members priority Pass, they are cutting guests from 2 to 1. It will get to the point of why get the paid version for additional members? I guess that they can all be used in Delta lounges and centurion but if you travel internationally where you need priority Pass more, then it isn't worth it. May be dropping it for the wife and she can get use her Delta Reserve card

Well, as a family of two, each of whom has a Platinum (primary plus associate), I do see that as a positive for our case, even if it impacts others negatively. It will mean less competition for the lounges.

Good question. I didn't notice the Australia part so maybe just them. I did reach out to Amex via the chat and they didn't deny that it was happening. But my question for them was that why would be wife keep the additional card holder for the Plat when she also has the Delta reserve. If she loses PP, then the plat isn't worth her keeping.... She can do the same with the reserve. But, you only get access to the centurion lounge when flying Delta which we pretty much do

For us, it wouldn't be good since we typically travel with 3. For our Cabo trip, we used the PP lounge and I brought in our son and a friend and my wife brought in the other friend... So it would nix stuff like this

We would have to pay for 1 person when it is just us 3 traveling

Discussion about this on Flyertalk suggests that there was no reason to think otherwise since this is basically an airfare purchase, which is allowed. It's for the Platinum that it has been failing.

For those that fly AA, the gift certificate purchased from the official AA site triggers the aspire airline credit (virtual version, not the card version).
