We are writing to share an important update regarding The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancún. Recently, a subsidiary of Marriott Vacations Worldwide completed the sale of its ownership in this hotel. This decision allows us to pursue new vacation destinations and experiences for our valued Owners.
Existing reservations by Owners in the Vistana Signature Network® (VSN) for stays at the hotel will continue to be honored. In addition, Westin®Aventuras Members will continue to be able to make reservations for stays at the hotel for the next 10 years—specifically, from 12 to 8 months prior to their desired arrival date based on availability. For all other Owners, the hotel’s inventory will no longer be available through the VSN® . Reservations can continue to be made via the Marriott Bonvoy®program.
All Owners in the VSN will continue to enjoy access to The Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Villas & Spa, Cancún and The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas & Spa, ensuring you have ongoing vacation options in these beautiful destinations.
