Since Vacation Village has its own Forum now, I thought it would be good to start a List of the Vacation Villages 2025 Maintenance Fees Costs.

* Please limit this thread to only the MF specifics and take discussions/commentary to the discussion boards. Thank you!

* Owners, please report your Weeks MF's as they are billed (NOT proposed/estimated) in this format:

  • Resort Name/Unit Size
  • TOTAL
  • Increase/decrease over 2024 MF's whether in dollar or percentage value (optional)

MF are paid on use years. This is also 86500 RCI Points.

$217 (20.4%) increase over 2 years.

VV of Weston. I just purchased it resale. At time of purchase it showed MF of approximately 1200 for 2 bedroom annual 86,500 points. Once the unit closed it showed approximately 1300 MF. I'm unable to log into the website yet for actual amount.

I still can't log into the daily management website. I reached out to support who told me to enter my contract number. LOL as if that isn't the first thing I did. I then reached out to owner services who directed me to accounting who directed me back to IT. Other than this I think it's working out for me. I just booked a 3 bedroom in Orlando in May with points left over. I received the 2024 points as part of the deal which was nice. It cost 98$ to transfer them to me.

Vacatia is adding $5 (maybe more)to your MF for Arda. There is some fine print at the bottom telling you to subtract the amount if you do not want to contribute to ARDA. They could have allowed people to opt in but the chose to make sure you catch it and opt out if you do not want to give ARDA your money.

I believe @DD Smith has an EOY unit. Also, the number of points associated is a function of the underlying week and number of bedrooms. All 2 bedrooms have the same MF.

Wow! These numbers are very disturbing for owners.
RCI Extra Vacations are available most of the year for $800 ($400 each for Full/Partial Units)

I opted out and subtracted it from my MF, within a day they had removed it from the amount do. They really should turn it around and make you opt in. I wonder if you had prepaid more than enough on the front end how you would get it back?
