While using bonus time at a WM I needed to log out of on device so another would connect. Usually going to logout.com does the trick. This time logout wasn't logging us out. I called a tech and they could see the problem but couldn't log the device out. I think logout.com was having issues. I we being redirected to a spam advertising site.

This can happen if you are logged into a VPN. You need to disconnect from them first, otherwise VPN will look up name and send you there. Without VPN, the resortnet2 wifi will intercept and actually logout your device.
