Hyatt Vacation Club Carmel deeded week

I have owned this for 20 years and the maintenance fees are getting ridiculous. Realistically, are people buying in Carmel or should I just give it away? It is a two story one bedroom with a partial ocean view.

Most timeshares have little or no resale value.

My best advice to you would be to start with a moderate asking price and be prepared to give it away if you don't get any bites for it.

Keep in mind that your resort may accept a deed back and you should ask them if that is the case.
