Free HGVC Flamingo Resort Timeshare

I am offering a FREE transfer of my Hilton Grand Vacations ownership.

See below for more details:
Resort Name: Flamingo Resort by Hilton Grand Vacations
Unit Size/Type: One Bedroom
Season: Gold
Usage: Every Year
HGVC Points: 5440 Points (I have a copy of the deed). There are 2880 points left from 2025 that I didn't use. The expire at the end of the year, but I believe they can be transferred to RCI.
City: Las Vegas, Nevada
Maintenance Fees for 2025: I paid $1,410.70 (will probably be a few dollars higher this coming year).
Estoppel: I can pay for this for a serious transfer.
Transfer Fees: I will pay for the membership transfer fee (I believe its $400), but just request the new owner pays the activation fees after the ownership changes.

Note: This is my first transaction, so let me know if I'm missing anything.

I may be interested. Would like a gold season deed to book a recurring stay during F1 race weekend which isn't available under my platinum deed. Just need to do a quick look at other LV deeds to make sure this is the right call.

Also, HGVC ownership change fee is $489.

I was definitely planning on using an escrow company (and would cover the cost).

And thanks for the correction on the fee. The offer to pay it is still good for the actual price.
