Interestingly, we are hearing about people who have bought certain resale and it has raised their Max tier level. We also have heard of people who have bought resale and got in Max.

Yeah, they need to sort out their system issues.

I bought another resale week and now it states that I have Max too. I've asked them to remove it but it just came back again.
I also asked them to allow folks to opt-out of their enhanced search results. It just slows down the loading of the search result screen with locations I'm not interested in.

I know folks who are very upset about getting put in Max because they were Elite Premier but HGV can't fix it. They can put you back at legacy EP but at midnight it goes back

Log into the portal. If it says HGV Max in the upper right, then you are in Max. Plus, when you look at properties to search for availability, in the portal, you will see HVC, Embarc, and Bluegreen.

If you are HGVC Legacy, meaning non -max, then the portal won't say Max and you can only search on HGVC, Hilton Club, Great Wolf lodge, and some external exchange properties.

Ok it said max in the upper LEFT, but I do see only the properties you listed above. Are there more than that?!

The Tugs person helping facilitate the sale said the Bay Club purchase is for HGV points, not HGV Max.

You are an HGVC owner with Max, and Bay Club is also HGVC. So you are good.

By the way, why do you have "HGVC sea breeze" listed under Resorts Owned on your profile (and not Carlsbad Seapointe)?

Please change your profile from HGV SeaBrease to something like HGVC SeaPointe with Max.

Click on your account name in the top right, select Manage Communications, and under HGV MyExplorer+ uncheck the box next to Personal Vacation Recommendations.

We are in that time of year where owners will be getting M/F assessments and decide to sell. should be more resales than usual this year due to the economy IMO. I was looking at Elara deeds however a Studio Elara Platinum Annual deed is 3520 and $763 M/F (20.2 cents/point) Not worth it to me.

You are an HGVC owner with Max, and Bay Club is also HGVC. So you are good.

Please change your profile from HGV SeaBrease to something like HGVC SeaPointe with Max.

Yes, you have more international options than HGV Legacy have. Do a search on Orlando and see if you get HVC properties. If you do, then you are in Max.

HGV is the overall company name over the following TS:

• HGVC
• HVC/DRI
• bHC or HC
• Embarc Collection
• BG

HGV has made this so very confusing. You are lucky that you purchased into the HGVC TS system, IMO.
