Blue Week April & May, Oct & Nov 22nd, it sleeps 4. When we trade it we usually get for 4 to 6 people through Interval International.

It also can be banked and traded for RCI or Interval for other resorts and times, we went to Florida, Leavenworth, Frisco when the kids were small. We just don't travel as much anymore. Also gifted wedding presents they ended up at Kissimmee FL.

Is $100 what the management company charges to change the name? Usually, you would also have to pay a title company to legally transfer the title.

It states $75 Buyer Fee, $13 for Seller so less than $100.
