This is a great trader. The 2 bedroom side sleeps 8 and the hotel side sleeps 4. If I split it I get 33 points in RCI for the 2 Bedroom and 23 for the Hotel side. I just have too much timeshare and I'm using both Interval and RCI. Looking to use just one exchange company and I have more in Interval. Maintence fees for 2024 were $1188. Please PM me with any questions. I got this timeshare for free on TUG. I had a lot of fun with it. Passing it on for free.

Unit 231 E288
Week 28 High Season

I put this out in February and had a taker, but because I was very lax, I lost the person. I've had a but on my plate lately, as we all do. I have all of the necessary paperwork in hand and the name of the person at the resort who will take care of the transfer.

If you are interested, PM me and I will call you. The transfer fee is $380.

Thanks, Jo-Ann

Has Wyndham ever offered you to convert this to Wyndham points? And if so, how much where they asking to do so (just out of curiosity)?

That is the one. This is a nice giveaway. Someone should jump on it. Fees are stable.

We own one odd and one even year week. The resort is nice, the units are a great floorplan. We used to own 4 annual and an odd and even year, but I sold the 4 annual and had LT Transfers do the paperwork. Still working on the last EOY weeks.

I am interested in this. Please let me know.

Did you sell this week? Just curious. I sold all of mine and am now free from those maintenance fees. Still trying to get out from under our other maintenance fees at other resorts.

This is/ was an incredible offer.

I have the same one, valid for any week of the year. Mf are now $1248. Mine is odd years. Giving away. If I keep it another 10 years, I’m good, but if someone would like it sooner, that works too!
Congrats Jo-Ann and Obie.

I have the same one week 26. I am deeding it back to Grand Palm.

Thank you! I posted, but had to answer what RCI stands for, and I can’t remember….Hopefully admin will approve.

I’m at the resort right now. Need to relax after a very busy last week, and summer.

@obiomach might be interested in another week.

This resort is actually a pretty good one for renting. I just sold my last one in June for $2,250 annual use (one even, one odd week). I closed myself but the resort charges $200 per deed for transfer, which cut into the profit, but I am glad to be done with the RCI Points I had with it.

I don't want any RCI traders in RCI Points, and RCI charged me guest certificate fees for my owned weeks when I had guests staying there. I have many, many reasons to dislike RCI. Why do I have to pay for a guest certificate for a week we own?
