Holiday Inn Club gets promoted!

right at 500 threads, they now get top tier resort status and their own main forum on TUG!

didnt look like I added a new system in the "all other" category when we upgraded bluegreen, so perhaps we can add two this go around!

have to take a look and see which systems get the most discussion threads these days!

did some quick searches and the closest ones i found were only at 50 or so threads.

four seasons, raintree, spinnaker were all in that area. exploria oddly enough had next to nothing...thats a huge system thats apparently completely missing from the forums here in terms of topics

Exploria is a huge system? Hmmm, I think my Gatlingurg Town Square is technically an Exploria, but AFAIK getting it for near free from someone on TUG - all they do is take the MF and confirm a booking I can exchange in II or use myself. They don't seem to create a points system like HGVC or Wyndham.

I think the issue with many other systems that don't already have forums is that they don't have mini systems. Thus they don't get as much traffic. One could think RCI Points could have its own forum, but again not enough volume really. And they can also fall within other resort systems. I was just noticing the other day that the Vistana forum doesn't seem to be getting as much traffic these days after the merger into Marriott and Abound. Perhaps it is because there was a lot of activity leading up to and after the 2022 launch of Abound. It just seems much slower in that forum these days.

Exploria is a huge system? believe their membership is in the tens of thousands, that makes it a fairly large system! obviously everything is relative!

perhaps there isnt a need for another subforum at the current time!
