Aloha,
I haven't seen that letter yet. Generally, that mailing includes short statements provided by the candidates.
In an earlier thread ( https://tugbbs.com/forums/threads/kbv-envisioning-the-future.361679/post-3031685 ) I posted the following:
A few years back KBV IOA director elections changed from two year terms with 3 directors elected one year and 2 the next to all director positions having three year terms and no more than 2 director positions being up in a single year’s regular election. Given Wyndham’s share of ownership and the change just described, it is hard to imagine how anyone could ever be elected again without Wyndham’s votes. . . . . .

I will clarify , we received two post cards … once we opened QR code , it haves options … I don’t know these people , not comfortable signing over our proxy … any ideas

What Jack is saying is that Wyndham has full control of the board, and it doesn't matter how you vote - they will put in a ringer.

Aloha,
I finally opened the web site in the post card. There are two incumbents running for two openings:
Louis J. Colombo (Incumbent) and Kevin Garner (Incumbent) both appear to me to be Wyndham favored candidates.
I've seen no indication that the third candidate (Brian Peters) is actively campaigning.
At this point, I'm not going to bother to vote.

I debated voting present, for quorum purposes, and not voting at all, and voted present.

I too am debating how to vote. If you vote present and they have a quorum they (Wyndham) votes however they want, which they are going to do anyway. Why have we not seen the number or at least the results of how owners voted on the question of should repairs go forward or the resort sold?

Because those votes were cancelled before the respective meetings, as a side-effect of the lawsuit.
Thanks for that clarification. I think I am choosing not to vote (small form of protest, maybe they won't get a quorum) and not to pay the huge assessment.

Aloha,
There was some information about how timeshare owners voted at a previous BOD meeting. I don't remember the numbers and don't feel like searching for any notes I might have. The gist was that we owners favor partition by a substantial majority.
