Trying to book January 3-10, 2026 at a resort where I am an owner. This is the response:

"This location is not eligible for the selected date range. Choose a different location or a different date range to proceed.
cw-no-search-results-found.svg

No Results Found"

Reservation counselor did some research. It turns out that the same response pops up for any reservation request over ten months from check-in. I tried to book the same week at Bonnet Creek, where I own 1,5 million points. The only things that showed were Presidential Reserve units.

I should be able to ARP a deluxe unit inside thirteen months at either location.

I'm not having a problem with the eligibility message you're seeing, but I am seeing a different weird thing when I look at January 2026 for ARP.
I should be able to select a check-in date of 1/11/2026 for up to 7 nights. 1/11/26 is grayed/crossed out as a choice. 1/10 appears to be available, but no end dates un-dim when I try to select it. Working backwards, the first date that allows me to book is 1/7/2026 for 3 nights (the minimum in ARP), checking out on the 10th. So for some reason, the system is forcing ARP reservations to stay at least one day inside the actual ARP window, even though that is not how it's supposed to work.

But once I find a date that works, it allows me to select units and I don't get any error messages like you did. It sounds like the system is only seeing your PR points and not any non-PR points for some reason.

I just tested and can see a 7 night reservation at CWBC from 1/11/2026 - 1/18/2026.

I'd think it was something on my end but for the fact that the reservation counselor had the same problem. It still could be an issue with my account, instead of a computer problem.

I'll try incognito.

Edit: Incognito didn't help.

I had a on going problem with Beach Street Cottages last April I own two contracts there. I was trying to make a 12 month reservation for weeks, finally customer care made the reservation but it doesn't show on my log in website, but I do have a confirmed email reservation and they did take the points from my account.

Maybe it’ll fix itself after the website goes down tonight?

Sorry for second post, but wanted to be more specific. I just did a search for those dates anf found 19 options. All ranging from 1 br deluxe to 4 br presidental.

That was at Bonnet Creek? My original post was about Wyndham Santa Barbara, where I have a 1BR fixed week (Week 1) converted to points. Week 1 in 2026 is January 3-10, less than 13 months before check-in, but I can't book it.

My contract at Bonnet Creek is a PresRes contract, which means I can book PresRes units now but have to wait until the ten month point to book Deluxe units.

Yeah, I thought you were looking at Bonnet Creek sorry

Must have been a cookie/cache thing. It works in an incognito window and on the app. Nothing to see here after all!
Now I actually am seeing this issue with ARP reservations. Even in incognito mode in Chrome and InPrivate in Edge, I can't select an end date if I choose a start date exactly at 13 months. I can only choose reservations that end within the 13-month window. The app seems to be working fine, however, and allows 7 night stays starting at exactly the 13-month point.

Maybe they changed something with ARP, it used to be you could start the reservation at the 13/11/10 month mark and get 7 days after to finish.

I doubt it is a policy change. More likely an IT issue.

...particularly because the app reportedly works as I would expect.
Interesting that the app supposedly works - but the website doesn't? The app is using the exact same code when it submits the reservation request to the back end from what I know.

Here's what the availability calendar looks like in an incognito window in Chrome when I click the check-in date of 2/13/2026 at Grand Desert where I have ARP:

However, I did just try from the resort/map/dashboard interface, and if I choose to search specific dates of stay starting on 2/13/2026, it works fine and I can book up to a week. It seems like the backend is fine, just the availability calendar display is a problem.

And it works just fine on the app:

I opened a ticket when I first noted this problem in December 2024. I received an "update" this evening.

I am trying to book for Thanksgiving 2025, which I should be able to do at least with my VIP RARP right now, and will be able to do at the 10 month mark in a few days. (i'm looking at dates 11/22-11/30/2025).

Some resorts, like Shawnee Village, it's giving me the "too early" dialog. Which it should not. Discovered this as well at a couple other resorts.

All the Myrtle Beach resorts worked and Smokey Mountains.

If I understand correctly, Shawnee is not in the RARP list. The back of the directory has the list of resorts. Those with an asterisk are eligible for RARP. The others are not.

I didn't know that any Wyndham resorts we couldn't do ARP. Associate resorts, sure, like Angel Fire or even some of the Shell resorts, but I'm a little surprised about Shawnee.

For what it's worth, King Cotton didn't work either, but that just might be because it's PR.
