Interval International - Late Deposit

I just received ownership of a Vacation Village at Williamsburg floating week, and unexpectedly the 2024 usage was still available, and so I was able to book week 52 which is Dec. 28-Jan. 4 and was able to immediately deposit both sides of the Lockoff into Interval, which was just outside of 14 days, but is considered a Late Deposit.

As far as I am understanding it, I still have up to two years to exchange, it says they expire January 4, 2027, but I can only exchange for Flexchange units, ie I can exchange now for units available until February 9, 2025, but if I wait until, say, April, I could still exchange just I can only search the 60 days in the future at any time.

Do I have that right or am I missing anything?

That is correct. You can only search for availability 59 days out. Thus if you want something for April, you would need to wait till February to do the search.
