New To Buying TImeshare

- Yes i will likely Visit More Asia and middle east country along with Mexico and Caribbean

- i am looking for free closing and upfront of $500 or less

12) Do you understand that once you buy a timeshare, it may be very difficult to sell or give away, and you are responsible for all fees, until you do?
-Yes i am aware but if i buy and then decide after 2 years not to keep it anymore can i give back to the company or however that works.

First, there are relatively few timeshares in Asia or Middle East.
Second, timeshares cost well above your budget.
Third, you have to plan as much as a year in advance to get into the most desirable resorts/ views.
Keep vacationing like you have been.

Thanks everyone for the answers but someone told me that RCI is best option to get membership for their resorts its kinda 5day for $399. Is that really work like that ?

You have to own a timeshare (that specifically participates in RCI) first in order to get an RCI membership. You will owe maintenance fees on that timeshare every year, and it will almost certainly be more than the $400 budget you stated. Even timeshares with extremely expensive maintenance fees will usually not be 4-5 stars. The cheaper it is, the closer to 1-2 stars it will be. Then you will have to pay the annual RCI membership fee, unless the timeshare you own in includes free RCI access. The cheaper your timeshare is, the less likely it is to provide a free RCI membership.

You need to pay all of the above before even being able to see the cheap cash stays you referred to. And the problem is, they are cheap for a reason. Once in a while there are good deals, but those cheap cash stays are typically put there because it's inventory that nobody wanted to use their ownership to trade into. In other words, it's the less desirable resorts and/or in the less desirable dates. And again, that $399 (or whatever price you end up seeing for a specific stay) is IN ADDITION TO the annual maintenance fees for your owned timeshare and any RCI membership fees.

All of the above is exactly the same if you swap out II for RCI. Same type of deals, just the cash numbers and resorts available are different.
