Our small resort in Ft Myers Beach reopened last month, after the devastation of Hurricane Ian. It is one of the few timeshares that has reopened in that area. We moved to SW Florida permanently in 2022, so no longer need to vacation there. I wanted to make sure that the resort was open before listing it for sale. I posted the weeks (3 total) on the resort owners' facebook page and already have 2 under contract! I have the third week posted on TUG Marketplace, but I'm looking for advice on other sites to list it. I do not want to use the resort's management company since their prices and fees are very high. Is ebay worth it? I don't want scams. Thanks for your help - I've learned so much through TUG over the years!!

Redweek? Go-Koala may be another option, they are free to list. Consider Airbnb and Vrbo too. Though they can be tricky to setup listings.

Doesnt he want to sell ownership? Rather than renting

Thanks for the replies - sounds like Redweek is the best bet. I think I'll give it another month before listing there - seems like there's not much moving on Redweek currently...I'm hesitant to spend the $60. Thanks again!
