Sorry to hear about the issues with your return flight.. That does sound rough. I have experience the crew timeout issue a few times, though never from Hawaii.
 
That does stink! I'm really sorry you experienced that on top of your other challenges this trip. We had a crew time out issue at one time on the fourth and final leg of a ~24 hour journey with an elementary age child in tow, so I feel the pain and I'm sorry you went through it!

Thank you two. I will say, I’m glad my daughter was spared from this because I’d have felt even worse about it. When I texted her that we landed at PHL she told me to prove it, lol.
 
Man, you had more than your fair share of bad luck! It must have felt amazing to finally get home. I hope that things feel better once you are settled.
